I take my business very seriously, and appointments are a major part of that business. Therefore last minute cancellations and no-shows are a dis-advantage to the salon in a huge way, causing loss of revenue as well as inconveniencing other clients.

My appointment’s are confirmed 24/48 hours in advance because I understand appointment’s sometimes need to be rescheduled.

I am Implementing the Following Cancellation Policy

I kindly request 24 hours notice to cancel and reschedule. A charge of $25 will apply to no-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

Due to COVID-19 salon policy All fees are waved. If you are ill in any way, allergies anything even a fever. STAY HOME!!!

Hello to all my loving and patient clients and friends. I hope you all are staying safe. Only going out in deemed necessary. I do need to let all of you know that I do have a underlying medical condition. I have been diagnosed with stage 2 kidney disease and as-ma. I have been making sure that I stay with clean Hygiene and healthy for you and I would hope you would do the same for me.

  • Salon is not opening yet, Despite of what you are watching on the news. The News is not giving the full accurate information. Our Salon is not eligible to open until July. I will start taking appointments July 8th or later.
  • Due to the fact that we are unable to maintain 6 feet social distancing, things will be very different. We are preparing the salon for your safety before accepting appointments. We will be cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing before and after every client. There are new Policies in place now. We are following the California state board rules and regulations but also from OSHA, Barbicide, and general public safety regulations all for Infection control.
  • We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • Temperature will be taken at the door. If you have a fever, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
  • If you have allergies with out a doubt please take your medicine at least 20 min before your appt.
  • If you feel ill, coughing, sneezy, itchy eyes, extreme allergies, fever please cancel your appointment asap, stay home or see a doctor before rescheduling your appointment. You will also to be asked to leave if you show any of these symptoms. If you have been asked to leave due to these conditions, then the salon will have to shut down and everyone present will have to be tested.
  • If you pay cash, there will be a jar on the station for cash payments.
  • I have made a no cancel same day policy. We have been in this covid boat long enough to know that if you are sick you should not continue spreading your germs. So please cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are ill in any way.
  • When making your appointment I will ask you if you have been around anyone who is covid-19 positive or have been sick or around anyone that has been sick. Please be honest and truthful with your answers. I get sick extremely fast. when I take ill, I will cancel all appointments until further notice.
  • We will not be accepting walk-ins or same day appointments.
  • There will be no double bookings allowed.
  • please make sure you have a mask to wear during your service appointment. All of your personal belongings must stay in your car or at home. Just bring yourself and your wallet. We do not know where you have been,. Please respect others around you.
  • Do not bring your children with you to your appointment. If you cannot find a baby sitter, or other arrangement's a special appointment can be made when no one else is in the salon.
  • Children under the age of 10 may be accompanied by one parent. young children appointments will have to be conducted when there are no other high risk clients or other stylists in the building at the same time. Children are required to wear a mask as well. There are no exceptions.
  • please show up on time to your appointment. There will be no waiting in the salon at any time. You will have to wait in your vehicle until your stylist calls you in for your appointment. The only person aloud in the salon is the person receiving service from the stylist and the stylist. Doors will be locked at all times.
  • During your appointment if your appointment includes a shampoo, The shampoo bowl area is a quiet zone. do not speak. A towel may be put over your head for protection.
  • There will be no beard trimming/eye brow grooming until there developes a vaccine for this horrible COVID-19 virus.
  • OH and WASH your Hands ALL THE TIME! With Soap.
